I suppose you have to start out with an “in tune” uke…? Hmmm…is this a stupid question? Heheh, yeah, glad I found ya 🙂
you really don’t need to be “in tune” to re-tune your uke using this method (if I understand your question)
You tune your other strings to match the E string. So, if you choose to change your E string to a D, then all the other strings will be tuned down a step too. Clear as mud?
